Jungle Bus Gymnastics Policies

I understand that there is no credit given for an absence or missed class.  

I understand my child is considered enrolled in the JUNGLE BUS program & tuition is due until I notify the JUNGLE BUS office. Tuition is due the 1st of each month.

I understand there is a possibility due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as illness of instructor, mechanical problems, severe weather, etc.) when the JUNGLE BUS will not be able to hold classes, and a make-up class or virtual class will be given. 

JUNGLE BUS GYMNASTICS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK; AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.  I hereby give my consent for JUNGLE BUS Gymnastics and its employees to provide, through a medical staff of its choice, medical attention, transportation, and emergency medical services as needed in concern of my child while under instruction of JUNGLE BUS Gymnastics.  I am fully aware there are risks involved with gymnastics. 

By allowing my child to participate in JUNGLE BUS classes, I agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including but not limited to potential risks of exposure to infectious illnesses, such as, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza and COVID-19.

I hereby for myself and my child, assume the risk, waive, and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have against JUNGLE BUS Gymnastics and its employees.

I understand a $10 late fee will be added to my child's account if tuition is not postmarked if sending by check or date stamp received (if paying by credit card) by the 10th of each month, & I agree to pay it.

I understand that if tuition has not been paid in full by the end of the session, my child will not be able to participate in the upcoming session until tuition is paid in full.

I understand that photos may be taken of my child to be posted at the child care center, on the Jungle Bus website, or for other advertising purposes.

I understand there is a $25 fee for any returned checks & agree to pay it.

I understand a refund for any classes not received must be requested in writing within 30 days of the last class my child attends or credit will not be given.

I give permission for my child to be given hand sanitizers by a Jungle Bus instructor at the beginning and end of each class.

I give permission for my credit card on file to be charged when my child's class enrollment has been approved.

I give permission to Jungle Bus Gymnastics to email and text me with updates, class notices, statements, and other items pertaining to our program.
